Cimlogic awarded ISO 20000 certification for IT Service Management

Cimlogic is delighted to have been awarded ISO/IEC 20000 certification, the internationally recognised standard for IT Service Management, aligned to ITIL best practice requirements. Cimlogic delivers enhanced IT and support services to its clients, and the ISO certification underlines this ongoing commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The certification gives its clients additional confidence in the support services offered by Cimlogic, with the knowledge that the operational procedures, plans and targets are regularly monitored, reviewed and improved, in line with the stringent standards of the ISO 20000 process.
