Vacancy: MES Business Analyst

The role:

Ideal role for a candidate with control systems automation and SCADA experience who wants to develop their career as a business analyst with an eye for customer care.

You will be an enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic analyst who enjoys being challenged daily. You will show a high level of dedication to your projects and be able to demonstrate analytical skills.

You should be confident and passionate about your role and the customer care that you will be required to deliver, a fast learner and be able to react quickly to ever-changing environments. You will have the ability for long solutions determination cycles and excellent presentation and communication skills. You will have knowledge of PLC, SCADA control systems and ideally knowledge of manufacturing systems, preferably MES solutions.

A technical or business degree would be an advantage and you must have a full clean driving license.

The successful applicant will be expected to travel throughout the UK and overseas to client and partner sites as required. Some out-of-hours working may also be required when needed.

Vacancy: Control Systems Engineer

COMPETITIVE SALARY: UP TO £39,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

We are currently looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our ever-expanding Technical team. This is an exciting role and the perfect opportunity for a proactive and dynamic developer looking to grow their career within a vibrant manufacturing improvement company.

Degree level education or equivalent industrial experience in Automation SCADA domain, particularly: Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley and Siemens S7 PLC’s, Cimplicity and FTView SCADAs, Ignition SCADA.  Experience in delivery of Automation and SCADA solutions in different clients and types of industries.

Understanding of common industry standard protocols allowing for Level 2 <> Level 1 Communications and Level 2 <> Level 3 communications.  Good problem-solving skills both technical and with clients, experience of troubleshooting, fault finding and fixing in operation/production environments.

The successful applicant will be a fast learner with the ability to react quickly to ever changing environments, as well as actively keeping up to date with new and developing programming technologies and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) developments and trends.
