The SMA support provided by Parsec is crucial because it provides a warranty covering all your TrakSYS™ software licenses and also provides ongoing upgrades and patches as required to keep you up to date over the years. Parsec’s Software Maintenance is a subscription-based service with an annual fee. Customers will receive the following support for the TrakSYS™ application:

  • Web meeting support
  • Website support
  • Implementation guides
  • Technical notes
  • Patches, hot fixes and service packs
  • Product downloads
  • Free product upgrades

 

The Service Maintenance Agreement is included within your support package when a Service Level Agreement is selected, ensuring you and your business are comprehensively protected.
