The TrakSYS™ Basic Training Course is a 3-day instructor-led class which provides the participants with a fundamental overview of the concepts and terms associated with TrakSYS™.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to configure TrakSYS™ to effectively address their productivity improvement and decision support requirements. The course will concentrate on tracking, monitoring, and reporting production events and activities. The participant will develop an understanding of why and how TrakSYS™ is utilised as a real-time performance management and reporting tool. The course will also teach how to retrieve and report key performance indicator (KPI) data and other business intelligence that can optimise production processes using the WEBTrak™ Knowledge Management Portal.
