Introduction to TrakSYS™

We have found that traditionally customers and integrators drift towards bespoke solutions. Often they feel that ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions do not easily deliver their exact requirements.

To address this we have looked at many such ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions and can honestly say that TrakSYS™ from Parsec Corporation is in our opinion the ‘Best in Class’ to overcome this challenge.

Cimlogic has spent many hours round a table talking to customers about their MES requirements, and having the expertise and knowledge of using TrakSYS™ we have not encountered any situation where TrakSYS™ would not be best suited.

For the customer it means a very quick turnaround, from specifying their requirements to seeing the captured real time data. It means that ‘multi-site’ rollouts can occur in parallel, rather than beta testing a bespoke solution at the first site.

In most instances, the factors affecting equipment performance are not equipment related (e.g., operators, supplies/consumables, procedures, schedule, product design, etc.)

However, most performance management solutions only focus on equipment-centric events (mechanical failures, maintenance, uptime/downtime, etc.)
